Shop Policies

* All orders will be completed in 7-10 business days. Rush orders are sometimes available, rush fee applies.

* Every design can be further customized with different fabric, fonts (when applicable), placement on shirt, and shirt color. (Please read note below about design proofs.)

* Designs can be added to anything-- tees, dresses, bags, blankets, pillowcases, etc. Prices will vary.

* If you already have an item you'd like me to personalize, prices will be quoted based on fabric, design details, etc. Delivery of item to the shop (my house) is the responsibility of the customer. Work will be completed 7-10 business days from delivery of item.

* New design ideas are always welcome— have something in mind? Just ask!

* For original designs, you will be sent one email proof containing up to 2 design ideas. If you request additional design changes beyond the initial proof email (not including color change or minor adjustments), an additional design fee will be charged.

* Pricing varies based upon fabrics, custom designs, item being appliqued. Prices will be quoted when design varies from samples. Shipping available, additional fee applies.

* Once an order is placed, you'll receive an email invoice. Payment is due before items will be shipped. For local orders, payment can be made at delivery.

* Unless otherwise noted, all wearables are machine wash and dry (low temp) inside out. Do not use fabric softener. Do not iron directly on design.

*Unless otherwise noted, all water bottles, lunch containers, etc. are hand wash with mild detergent. Air or towel dry.
